i primarily use paypal and venmo for order transactions!

an initial estimated price or price range will be provided once you first place your order, and your final payment will be determined as i complete your order. the price/price range will be determined by various factors, including subject and composition complexity, the amount of time i require to actively work on the piece, and unique order requests.an initial payment, or flat rate, must be paid before i begin working on your order. this will likely be about 40-50% of the total cost.when i complete your order, a low resolution version of your image with a large watermark will be sent to you, so that you can decide if you are satisfied with the completed result. the remaining cost of your total must be paid before i send the final high resolution version.i only accept payment in USD. if you use a different currency, please ensure that the conversion is accurate and that the equivalent amount is paid.thank you so much for your support!

i reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.i will not offer circumstantial discounts, or negotiate my prices. if you do not agree with my value, you may take your business elsewhere.please note that on top of being an artist, i am a full-time college student and i am also employed. orders may take longer than expected to complete. compensation in these situations can be discussed.full refunds are guaranteed if requested within 48 hours of placing your order. partial refunds can be provided if the piece is mid-completion. refunds will not be provided at any point after the completion of a piece.if i must make an emergency cancellation of my own accord, you will be provided with a full refund.i will not begin a piece until the initial payment is received. if i do not receive this within a week of placement, your order may be canceled.if you have a specific deadline, this must be provided before your order is confirmed.
i will not do rush orders (anything less than 48 hours) for more complex commissions.i may choose to post some commissions onto my public instagram, ko-fi, and/or carrd portfolio. if you would not like me to do this with your piece, let me know.any significant alterations that are requested during the completion of the piece may result in a minor price increase.
excessive alteration requests will result in order cancellation.i only accept USD. if you use a different currency, it is your responsibility to calculate the correct conversion to USD and ensure that the equivalent amount is paid.you are not permitted to use my work in training generative Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning programs and models.i require full credit to be provided for any public and/or online use of my art. this can include but is not limited to personal posting, websites, and youtube videos. to properly credit me, please include my handle (start0uched) and/or a link to my instagram page.as of january 2023, i will require a signature on a contract to indicate that you agree with these terms before i can begin working on a new commission.
